Gear Grinding Wheels
Gear grinding wheels are used to generate the profile of the gear teeth. We specialize in customized solutions for the gear-grinding industry because we know our customers’ machines and gear-type determine the shape of the grinding wheel. We have developed a wide range of grinding wheels to handle the complex demands in the field of gear grinding. Ceramic Aluminum Oxide (TC), Single Crystal Aluminum Oxide (SA) and other abrasive blends allow our low temperature vitrified bonds are what we strongly reccomend to deal
with hard, tough material.

Rolling Grinding Wheel
Our roll grinding wheels are preferred by rolling mills all over the country for their high performance levels on productivity, cycle time, and overall life of the wheel. We introduced our upgraded Ceramix Aluminum Oxide (ZL) abrasive grain which is slightly more fragile than TC to allow the wheel better heat-sink and self-sharp – which is best suited for Hot Mill Rolls.
